By accessing or using Lore (loregifts.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Lore is an AI-powered personalised gifting intelligence service. It generates gift ideas and execution plans based on information you provide about a recipient.

The ₹199 occasion pass is a one-time payment that unlocks a single gifting occasion. The ₹299/month subscription gives unlimited access to all paid features. All payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Cashfree; we do not store your card details.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use Lore only for lawful personal gifting purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate content that is illegal, harmful or infringing.

All gift ideas, plans and other content generated by Lore are the property of Lore and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. You are free to use the ideas you receive for your own personal gifting.

Lore provides suggestions only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any gift, including its reception, availability, delivery, or any consequences arising from acting on a suggestion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
