Privacy Policy

We collect: your email address (for account creation and sign-in); gifting inputs (recipient name, occasion, budget, preferences) used to personalise ideas; and usage analytics via PostHog.

To create and authenticate your account, personalise gift ideas, send optional occasion reminders (only if you opt in), and improve the product.

Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security, hosted in the Singapore region, and encrypted at rest.

We share data only with the providers required to deliver the service: Anthropic (AI generation) and PostHog (analytics). We do not sell your data to any third party.

If you opt in, we'll email you ahead of saved important dates to help you plan gifts in time. This is off by default. You can turn it off anytime from your account, or unsubscribe directly from any reminder email, no login required.

You have the right to access your data, to correct inaccurate data, and to delete your account and all associated data.

Tap "Delete my data" in the app menu, or email hello@loregifts.ai. All data will be deleted within 7 days.
