Privacy Policy

We collect: your email address (for account creation and sign-in); gifting inputs (recipient name, occasion, budget, preferences) used to personalise ideas; and usage analytics via PostHog.

To create and authenticate your account, personalise gift ideas, send optional occasion reminders (only if you opt in), and improve the product.

Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security, hosted in the Singapore region, and encrypted at rest.

We share data only with the providers required to deliver the service: Anthropic (AI generation) and PostHog (analytics). We do not sell your data to any third party.

If you opt in, we'll email you ahead of saved important dates to help you plan gifts in time. This is off by default. You can turn it off anytime from your account, or unsubscribe directly from any reminder email, no login required.

You have the right to access your data, to correct inaccurate data, and to delete your account and all associated data.

You can have your account and everything tied to it deleted at any time. Two ways: open My profile in the app and use the deletion request noted under “Your data”, or email hello@loregifts.ai from your account email address with the subject “Delete my data”.

Deletion covers your profile, saved recipient profiles, occasions, gift history, saved ideas and any Surprise Me answers and links. It is permanent and is completed within 7 days of the request.
